I bought a car from here. Had problems with it within the first week. I took it back so they could fix it. They told me they did. This was a lie. They sold me the car with holes in both mufflers and carbon dioxide leaking from other places as well. That is what they were supposed to fix. They did not. I called and they will not call me back. I have a warranty so all my wok is covered. Several other things have gone wrong with the car as well. My radiator is leaking, battery is messed up, oil leaking. I tried giving them a chance to make it right. I have a 5 year old child who I was driving around in the car before I knew about the exhaust leak. They knew all of this and put my child's life in danger. Twice!

******** purchased the vehicle on 2/27/23.  Our vehicles are sold as is with no dealer warranty with the option of buying a third party service contract.  She opted to purchase the best warranty option we offer.  We explained that the majority of our cars are obtained via auction and to keep the price reasonable we build that pricing around knowing the vehicles will need additional work.  The purchaser was aware of the work we had already put into the vehicle of: new starter, oil change, transmission fluid, front bumper cover, tcm, repairs done @ Nissan dealer.  Buyer had driven and inspected vehicle before purchase. Buyer signed and took copy of auto check and the buyers guide.  Buyer test drove the vehicle and had every opportunity to fully go over the interior/exterior prior to purchase.

After sale, ******** came back to us with her complaints.  We ran a full diagnostic on the vehicle. We saw that the nut to the oil pan was loose, tightening stopped the leak.  In addition we purchased 4 used tires from the retailer down the road, replaced the transmission gasket, and repaired the exhaust leak.  All of this was done at no charge to the purchaser via a VERBAL agreement.  At no time was there a written or any other agreement made to meet the demands that the purchaser brought to us such as fully replacing the entire exhaust system, provide a car jack and spare tire among a few.

So recently, I’ve been looking for a car I came across this car dealership, Springdale, Pennsylvania, which is not far from where my hometown is the new Kensington, PA .. I contacted the dealership through text messages. He told me he only does buy here pay here with cars that are $5000 to 60000 I explain to this man, my situation about my credit and all of that .. he tried to sell me a car with $1500 down. I had bad credit I reached back out to him and he tried to scam me into paying 75% down .. and he said he does not do buy here pay here when he completely stated in the text message that he dies how did it go from 1500 down to 75% down .. he’s a scammer 100% .. I have all the messages in my his false advertising to people
And then requesting more money down after he already gives you an estimate .. he told me he does buy here pay here then he told me he doesn’t he told me he does buy here pay here then he told me he doesn’t that’s false advertisement I clearly make 38,000 a year he gave me some excuse that I couldn’t afford the payment, which was a lie
