    My wife and I adopted 2 cats from this organization and had the worst experience. Debra was the one that my wife and I first worked with and she was down right ignorant and rude. I asked to speak to Debra's boss Heather and she was just as ignorant and rude. After taking the cats. One of two cats was having problems and I called to speak to one of them and left message of what was going on. I received a return call a few days later to get the same ignorance and rudeness. Heather was so incentive to what I was telling her to the point I just took the cat to my vet and they looked at the cat and checked the cat. The fact that I have to select a star to submit this experience. There are no stars for this organization!
