    Had a crown placed fell off attempted to return to dental office they were closed because of plumbing issues redirected me to ************************************** dental called parties rude on phone went into office ********* office manager extremely reuse would not help dentist on duty would not assist a 10 Minute cement of a crown.

    In December 2023, I had a denture made at Aspen Dental located in ***********, **. The first denture they produced had to be remade due to incorrect gum color. Two weeks after receiving the replacement denture, it cracked down the middle resulting in them having to again make another denture, please note there was no exam done to rule out any possibility of the denture not fitting correctly. On the date which I picked up the replacement denture it was given to me by the receptionist and I was advised if I needed any modifications I would have to schedule an appointment. The first appointment received was canceled by Aspen citing that the doctor was out sick, I advised I needed an appointment with the tech as I just needed two teeth filed down which I was told is done by the tech. I was given another appointment and at appointment I was advised that the technician was out and that is who I needed to see. On third appointment the technician damaged a tooth on the denture while attempting to file down the two teeth I requested which resulted in yet another denture needing to be made. I received the final denture on 2.28.28 which cracked on 3.10.14 in the same spot as other. I immediately reached out to the office manager via email and requested a refund. The denture was returned to Aspen on 3.13.24 and I was assured I would be refunded back to my original form of payment. To date I have only been refunded $141.88 out of the $947.50 I paid. The remaining monies owed have to be refunded back to my HSA card before I can purchase a new denture. All emails to the office manager have not been responded to. I am seeking an immediate refund of the balance owed to me in the amount of $805.62.
