I went into dice dental first on 5/9/24 to do a consultation which than I told then that my denture was way too big and also the teeth were to big. So I was told and decided to get a new top denture for I thought this was only option. So I paid half that day which was $450.00. I got the first molding completed. I went back on 5/30/24 & at that time I did research and started to ask of they could shorten my teeth there and also do a reline, which I was told yes. All I had to do was pay JUST for the molding of first impression on 5/9/24 & $250 for a reline, well I was told we were even that I didn't owe and $ nor get any back. So it cost $200 to make 1 mold?? So they sent out my top denture to be refined, but she had to do 2 molds cause first one was too big still & second one I did mention that the one side felt a little loose still. But they were still sent out. I came back later that day to pick them back up. At this time they felt better but not 100% and ***** did do a test to check my bite and the side I was having issues was not as tight as other side which she noticed. I left and called back the next day to go back in to hopefully get them redone for they was still a gap on the one side and by that it was rubbing on my gums on that side. She acted like she was going to fix them but made every excuse not to, I even asked if they did a soft reline in house which she said yes but didn't recommend, but she said to go buy the reline stuff myself and do it myself to fill in the gap. This is NOT OK. And I left very upset and unhappy and would like what I paid for since I did pay ALOT and did not receive the outcome I was suppose to get.Business Response

To Whom it May ***************** am writing in response to the complaint submitted to us by mail in regards to a patient of mine.
My patients often compliment me on being a very effective communicator. In this case, I believe that my diagnosis, treatment and explanations have been similarly thorough. I am attaching notes regarding each visit which I believe will highlight that Ms. **** was adequately informed of the "best treatment option" and was educated on the risks with her preferred treatment decision. I believe I have also been more than accommodating with my time and the charges.
In essence, my true costs/expenses in this treatment are $140 for the lab and materials, and 3.5 hours of chair time($100/hr) for a total of $490 in cost alone.
The reasons for the current recommendation for *** reline material was explained to the patient as outlined in my notes. It is not that I "won't fix it", but rather that the *** method is what I am recommending for the reasons I have explained. I can't have the patient dictating dental treatment that I don't agree with.
In an effort to remedy the situation at hand, I am still willing to make Ms. **** a new denture, as originally proposed, and give credit for these services towards that treatment.
Sincerely,
********************************Please see attachment for explanation of appointments and breakdown of cost.

I had a consultation with ********************************* aka ***** on 06/24/2022 to discuss getting implants due to the radiation and chemo together that decade most of my teeth, so its unable to chew all of my food without aspiration, we all know who to thank for the cancer and all the viruses thats being put into GOD world. Myself and ************** had a plan discussed before ************** came up with her own plan. My Doctor gave clearance for me to get individual implants. I received one upper implant on the right and left, the upper left implant filling kept coming out, that problem finally fixed. Dr. ***** started down on the bottom right putting in 2 implants and then the abutments, because its 3 parts when getting implants done. Once the right side was done Dr. ***** started on the bottom left side of my mouth, started putting the 2 implants on the bottom left where I was continued to have bleeding and infection, until that wasnt a problem any longer. Dr. ******* talking about I should get implant bridges I didnt want bridges, Dr. ***** convinced me to get bridges, once the bridges was on they were causing me amount of pain that I couldnt eat or talk, I kept contacting Dr. ***** due to her ducking my emails and phone calls, I was in so much pain inflammation my blood pressure was going up to 195/112 Dr. ***** finally gave me appointment to come into the office to remove the bridges, indicated to me once I heal, she would go forward in putting individual implants in my mouth ask I wanted in the beginning. Dr. ***** decided to cut ties with me, didnt want to finish the work because she messed up on my left implants, making them so far apart that Im unable to get implant crowns on my implant, since Dr. ***** wasnt qualified to do the job she decided not to finish the job, and left 4 implants in my mouth and think shes going to get away with not giving me half of my money, I see how Dr. ***** robbed them senior citizens I feel sorry for them, Im not letting her get overBusiness Response

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent experience at our dental practice. We appreciate the opportunity to provide additional context to your comments.
We want to emphasize that we take patient care seriously, and our patients well-being is of the utmost importance to us. We would like to highlight that before proceeding with your treatment plan, we obtained appropriate medical clearance and imaging, and conducted extensive due diligence to ensure you were able to have fully informed decision-making.
We value transparency and communication in our practice, as evidenced by the comprehensive email documentationover 30 pagesthat outlines the details of our discussions and the informed decisions that you made throughout your treatment journey.
It is regrettable that despite our efforts, we were unable to meet your expectations. As per documentation, you were always offered an appointment after citing a problem and we responded to you even outside of normal business hours. Any delay in care was due to the fact that you canceled a follow-up appointment after accusing me of being racist and unethical, even after I did everything in my power to accommodate your requests (which included making multiple prosthetics that you deemed acceptable at the time of delivery).
It is important to note that patient-provider relationships are built on mutual respect and understanding. Regrettably, despite our efforts to deliver quality care, it became evident that the relationship could not be sustained after you made repeated accusations about my character.
We take such allegations seriously and want to emphasize that we are committed to providing care without bias or discrimination. Our practice adheres to the highest ethical standards, and we value diversity and inclusion.
While we understand that emotions can run high during the course of medical treatments, it is essential to maintain a professional and respectful environment for everyone involved. We regret that the relationship had to be terminated, and we wish you success in finding a dental provider who aligns more closely with your expectations. Best of luck in the future. We wish you good health and lots of smiling.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: Everything youre saying is based on lies, ********************* did want she wanted to do, regarding the patient. I have multiple of evidence of emails and phone calls, asking Dice Dental to fix the problem. ***** had me thinking she was going to fix the problem, Dice Dental whole attention wasnt to fix her error it was to scam be out of my money. ***** unethical behavior is unprofessional. I went to multiple of dentist that deals with implants stated Dice Dental made a error on my right side bottom of my implant spreading my implants apart making it hard for another dentist to put on a abutment and crown, how can me or any patient can trust a person like ********************* at Dice Dental thats being a liar and being deceitful, Dice Dental started a job, and didnt finish, leaving my mouth to become affected and thinking Dice Dental going to keep $7000 plus dollars of my money with a half job, ***** work ethic is horrible and if she needs to go back to school thats something she needs to do, Dice Dental get over on the senior citizens, Dice Dental would not scam me out of my money.I gave evidence in all the errors ***************, thats why ***** didnt want to take off my bridges to hide her screwup, Dice Dental wasnt equip to perform the task, ***** was trying to covered up mishaps. That was a good little speech you gave which was a lie, just know Im not allowing Dice Dental to get away with all my funds and didnt finish the job. I know we live in this delusional privileged world, Im not the one thats going to get scam by criminals. ***** is young from Dice Dental only have 3 years of experience and I wish I could of read her credentials before seating in her chair, Dice Dental forged my name on my treatment plan, I just dont understand where do they do that at, scam patients out of their money and dont finish the work, Dice Dental doesnt have know dignity, remorse or shame, the work ethic of Dice Dental is horrible and very unprofessional, a good professional dentist would rectify the problem, not make excuses.
