This is an ambulance bill that was made 9/20/21 and I have been paying each month $25 My Bill was $2,187.00 and I paid so far each month up to $427. The company can not be found where to pay the Bill. The Bill stated if I don't pay the Bill each month I would have to pay the Bill all at one time. I've written 2 Letters to them and no response. They Cash my Checks and never got in touch with me. I was paying online to another company and they don't know what happen to the company. No one knows what happen to them. Account number: ********** - A copy of both my primary insurance and supplemental insurance was provided at the appointment in June of 2023. Their billing department refuses to bill my supplemental insurance. I have called multiple times stating they need to bill the supplemental insurance for the remaining $50.46. For whatever reason, they are refusing to bill the supplemental insurance and continue to send me a bill. The last "statement" has a threat of sending this to collections when there is absolutely no valid reason for this. Their laziness and ignorance is not my issue. I will also be filing a complaint with the office manager with whom the office of this specific appointment happened since even having clear and up to date copies of my health insurance resulted in multiple opportunities for this to not be paid proper attention.Initial Complaint

I was involved in auto accident 8/3/2022 and it was the others person fault. My auto insurance company **** paid the bill however Crozer has been sending me bills since stating it’s not paid. Crozer actually cashed the check from **** but has now asked me to prove it. I have had **** and Crozer on the phone to resolve this issue. Crozer has repeated ly told me I have to prove crozer received a check and cashed it from ****. I am now in final notice of the bill. I have the information from **** and Crozer but I am the one getting the harassment from Crozer. The bill is for emergency medical services for $6743.00. Incident # ********. I had a regular checkup by my regular doctors office on 12/02/22. Been going there for over 20 years. Since on ********* no Bill's, no deductibles. No I'm presented a bill for $4146.00. ******** paid $320. Our supplement, ***** was never billed. Crozer has not sent bill to *****, and Crozer billing will not answer the phone, nor return our 3 phone calls to discuss. This is a billing issue, plain and simple. In February 2022 I was supposed to have a procedure done at the Crozer Health Surgical Center at ************. While at the facility, I paid my portion of the co-pay on my credit card for $1420. I have the receipt. I was unable to get the procedure done that day and the funds should have been processed for a return. It's been almost a year and I am STILL fighting to get my money returned to me. I called the billing office at Crozer and even tho my receipt has a billing account # on it, I was told it was never fully processed so I needed to call the surgery center for my refund. I have talked to the business manager at least 5 times in the past year and still have not received my money back. I am extremely frustrated and at my **** end on what else to do. In May of 2018, I was admitted to ICU from the ER. The hospital was paid but nit the doctors. I called the billing company several times to pay the doctors in the ER and inpatient stay as I had ******** for the services. They told me they would resubmit the claims. They kept telling me they sent the bills to the wrong address and they would correct it. Mean while they hit my credit and each doctor visit the staff would loudly say I owed $1500 for lack of payment. They would give me a bill for the doctor's bills for thus ICU stay. Each time I called with apologies and resubmission. I worked for insurance for 20 years and the doctor's are covered for inpatient services if the hospital stay is paid. I am now in GA and after 4 years this is still hanging over my head in error.Initial Complaint

Crozer has given me a bill that has been paid. I asked for the itemized receipt and the total did not equal what the amount is they are demanding that I pay. I've talked to their service representatives and they can not answer why the two amounts are different and threatening to send this bill to collections. I asked to speak to the representatives manager, they were not available and did not return my call as promised. I called back explained the whole situation over and asked to speak to their manager - they did not comply. I asked to speak to the managers' manager and again they "were not available" and did not comply with promised phone call back to me. It seems they are not interested in helping me resolve the issue so I will report Crozer health system to all local and federal avenues for wrongful billing practices and let justice take it's course.Initial Complaint

They are illegally charging me for services that were never performed. I went to the ER and sat there for 4 hours and was never seen or talked to by anyone. On 9/29/2020 I was seen by a primary care provider under the Crozer Health umbrella. Crozer never billed my insurance, never notified me about this issue, and sent me to collections without notification. In the 2 years since this incident occurred, I have never received a letter, email, phone call, or any communication of any kind from either the collections agency or Crozer. Additionally, I have not lived in the same area as Crozer Health since January of 2021. I have attached all proof that my insurance has never received a bill from Crozer Health, and that if a bill had been received, this would have been covered 100% as a preventative care visit. This discrepancy is affecting my ability to purchase a home and I would like it removed from my credit reports, as this is the result of a billing issue, and is not my fault. I am extremely disappointed, because I really liked my primary care provider and previously only had positive things to say about Crozer, but can no longer recommend them to anyone. This issue could have easily been resolved with a phone call/email/letter in the fall of 2020.
