    •4/10/23 i talked to Moutain laurel also on 4/13/23 the issue was brought to companies attention
    after a call from Saint Marys branch
    •i have an Auto loan through Mountain Laurel Credit Union, i listed my 2018 Nissan Altima SR
    on ACV auction site. Upon getting an offer i was asked by the company to call Mountain Laurel
    and get my 10 day payoff. I called the bank on 4/10/23, i was told the 10 day payoff was
    $11,051.60. The check was cut and sent for $11,051.60. I got a call from the Saint Marys branch
    saying there was Additional Fees not mentioned to which i was not notifed about before the
    company cut and sent the check to the Credit union at the address listed above. Therefore they
    will not turn over the title for ACV due to these hidden/additional fees. I also add that i called the
    West branch of Mountain Laurel at ************* and was given a 10 Day payoff of
    $11,058.12.
    •I feel when somebody calls and asks for a 10 day payoff it should be included in the total given
    at that time. The check has been sent for the payoff to Mountain Laurel at 1513 Pennsylvania
    Ave,E Warren PA 16365. I strongly feel that i should not be penalized for these additional fees
    that were not brought up by either branch of my Credit Union

    We have researched this complaint. The loan payoff was provided without the additional fees that the member was made aware of through letters and notifications at the time of collection process due to delinquency and repossession process.  When the payoff for the auto loan was received the title was forwarded to the dealership.  A notice was then sent to member to provide the balance of the fees owed.
