    First of all, they couldn't even get my address right and kept delivering to the business downstairs. Secondly, their paper is only about 2-3 pages long. Third and lastly, they keep calling us over and over and over again, despite my telling them to stop calling. They are harassing, Indian-descent people who can't handle rejection!

    Recent charge was almost $100 higher than the last quarter, WITHOUT ANY WARNING OR NOTICE. Tried to cancel, but was unable to get refunded one penny of the January 2023 charge even though it is for future delivery. At the end of the day, I got zero satisfaction. Note also that my paper is 500% higher in cost than it was in early 2016, the earliest record I have...and I've been a customer since around 1994. I get that papers are in trouble, but this is outrageous. Talking to customer service feels like going through several bait & switches, with little recourse.
