    My son lived here his sophomore year at **** State. The building is nice enough, but they are pretty expensive and shady in some ways. For instance, the lease you sign is for an individual, so they reserve the right to move your from apartment to apartment. The most stereotypical "shady landlord" move, however, was charging us for "damage" that was exactly $10 more than the security deposit. And believe me, the word damage deserved the air quotes. They charged for:- Dust on a bookshelf because it wasn't properly cleaned (this came in August - my son moved out in May)- A dirty toilet and bathtub that looked....pretty clean to me in the pictures - A burnt out light bulb - Wall damage that looked live four smudges on the wall Seems like this place doesn't want to clean or touch up between tenants - standard fare in the landlord world. Would recommend looking elsewhere.
