    Jimmy Johns takes orders - charges customers and then not only does not deliver the food , they refuse to pick up the phone or issue refund! After spending over a week trying to get someone on the phone to handle this I. Was told by the store they were too busy to address my issue but it had happened to others ! Cooperate Jimmy **** customer service did NOT resolve my issue either. I had to call my credit card company !
