We strive to make each customer our top priority and provide the best service possible.I spoke with my staff regarding your concerns. You were quoted a diagnostic fee to assess the issues with your electrical system. Once we diagnose the problem, we then provided you with a price for the necessary repairs. We work hard to keep our prices fair, considering the fluctuating costs of running our business. Our goal is to offer you the best value we can.Additionally, we offer same-day service and 24-hour emergency assistance.     I requested a recharge for my two split units. They did not mention a delivery fee of $119 nor the labor rate of $148. Along with the fee of $48 per pound of R410A, my total bill was $590. Pretty hard to stomach this as a retired man on social security. They even mentioned that I had a large motor home. I guess they think I have a lot of money. I also never received an itemized bill.
