The quoted rate for one night was $152. After booking an additional $72 in fees and taxes were added and I was advised that I could not get a refund because the reservation was non-refundable. I spoke with the hotel directly and they said they could not help because I used the ******* ************* website to book the room. They also could not break down the $72 in fees for me. I feel lome I was a victim of a bait and switch and 47% additional charge is criminal.
