    Paid $51.28 for order.
    Confirmation receipt stated that ALL items I ordered were being shipped. ( I do have a copy of this )
    Paper receipt that arrived stated in hand writing that 3 of the items I ordered were "Out of Stock" Their website currently shows the specific items marked as out of stock , ARE showing In stock.

    I've written to the email provided.. asking why and where my refund is... which would be $17.41 for the 3 items that were Not delivered.

    I have copies of all 3 of the electronic receipts and would be happy to share them with you. which I will

    MY Dispute is that they lied and since have refused communications and have NOT refunded my money.
    They knowingly lied about shipping product and took money for product they say is out of stock without giving an immediate refund. the receipts I've provided will show this

    I tried to resolve this issue before contacting the BBB.. I've had 0 communications from Zach E****** or MajinHobby.
    Order ID # ***** Tracking # **************************  any other information should be seen on the documents I've added.

    I've added 2 photos from the MajinHobby website.. shows that the items in question are still infact listed as In Stock. with time stamp / dated


    P.S. I have tried to upload PROOF... and every time it claims an error if I attach doc proof.. SOO I'd like some one to directly contact me so I can forward the Photos of Proof or I'll just send them to the Direct BBB email..
