    I had a hun*ing par*y of 5 *ha* coordina*ed a hun*ing *rip *hrough *he owner *** ********** in November *****s*. He over charged us for lodging and meals by one day and over charged for and animal kill. His prac*ices are une*hical in our opinion. When brough* *o His a**en*ion he said, i*s ok don * come back . We had *wo meals , one dinner and a breakfas*. Poor bedding , poor in*erne* and 3 channels of cable *v. This was no* wha* was described or pos*ed on websi*e. 150$ plus meals on websi*e. We had *wo meals. Very disappoin*ing. Please be advised fu*ure hun*ers no* *o u*ilize *his ranch.I should be refunded I day of lodging / meal charge, 435$

    Hello everyone that is following this story !!    Group **** was sceduled by *** on JANUARY 25 2024  arriving Tuesday Nov 19  and leaving friday morning November 22  lodging and meals ordered by *** .   Lodging and meals were prepared as *** ordered    please note  hunting party decided to leave 1 day early stated to B W that snow was coming . Please Note when a party books a **** if you decide to leave early there is  absolutley no refunds !!!  Our business is run by peoples committed word that we have your rooms available and our business does  not double book with other clients in lodge  . please not that our cable tv has more stations available than was falsely stated in T C complaint  .   please note that lodging and meals were given  as directed by *** as ordered      Please note that bedding issues were never a complaint by J M   and please note that our business President made the right decision to tell *** that T C is not ever wanted on our Hunting Ranch in the future . T C is unsafe  with firearm safety and listening to our guide on his **** . T C will not receive one ***** for a refund

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.


    Finally *** replied. He cannot spell very well but he replied. I am not sure who or what TC is?
    When we decided to repeat a day early because our **** was done there was no conversation from *** stating no refunds, none . Every PA outfitter we have hunted with ONLY charge for days hunted.STANDARD PROCEEDURE.
    We wee over charged for meal we never received. Why should we be charged for meal we were never given.
    *** is flat out distorting the truth and lying about safety and nothing remotely close was ever mentioned to myself or any member of our party about safety. This is a distorted lie because of our complaint.
    And yes the cable tv had three channels.
    Unfortunately he was the worse outfitter we experienced in PA so far with others supporting it after the fact, to include butchers.

    I paid *****************, owner of Stonebridge Hunting Preserve, $160 to have a european skull mount prepared from a boar that I shot at the preserve. ********** showed me a boar skull that he had prepared previously and told me he would have mine done the same way. The skull he showed me was complete with all its teeth and its tusks.Four months after I paid ********** I still had not received the skull mount. I contacted him and he said he would mail it out in a few days. Several weeks later I contacted him again because I had not received it. A couple of days later he said it was in the mail and sent me a photo of the package.When the package arrived I opened it immediately and found a skull with out all of its teeth and with out its tusks. The bones of the skull were loose and the jaw was poorly attached with gobs of dried glue. The quality of the work was terrible. I could tell it was not the skull from the boar I had shot at the preserve. It looked like it was a skull pulled from a trash heap.I contacted ********* with my complaints and asked for a refund. ********* claimed that the skull had all of its teeth and tusks when he put it in the box to be mailed. He claimed the mail carrier must have stolen the tusks etc.The skull was to be the trophy from the boar ****. I paid over $1500 for the **** and have nothing to show for it.I want ********* to pay me back.
