    the owner was having a sale on a ******** web site with a drawing for a prize, i won that drawing and he shipped a total different item, not the same value of the item he showed in a live sale. I have the video to show what the item was to be. When asked him about it told me to happy with what i got, and that i just needed to be happy it was free. Also i had been working with him for several months to get a previous order completed as he had left out items etc. I had a pkg shipped and it was damaged, he was suppose to give me a refund and i haven't gotten it yet. I did file a claim with *** and the money was sent to the owner of the business. Also was given a credit code to use on my next order of which it didn't work. Most recently (today) i messaged him about the status of the refund and on his live sale he read my message and stated he didn't know what to tell me. So therefore i have gotten NO response to correct this issue, nor have i gotten the correction, via email or items sent to me as a correction. There are alot of problems with the business, lack of communication, lack of shipping orders out when they are paid for, lack of tracking numbers, lack of trust and honest business practices, I would hope that others have seen how **** runs his business, which is now on its 3 business name. He has been doing business under ******** *******, Discount Tack Sales, and ***** ******* **** inStrasburg, PA.. I will say that i am not the only only that has issues with him and is poor business practices and dishonesty, i look forward in hearing from you.
