    Hello my name is **** *******. This is regarding a transaction that happened on october 20 2021. I purchased two vehicles from r and t international. The 2 vehicles in question are a 2019. Dodge ram fifteen hundred. And also a 2009 vovol. I purchased these two vehicles for a total of ***** dollars. This transaction was with ****, the owner of the establishment. The understanding that the titles would be given to me the following week. To my attention that week came. And he told me that he did not have the titles that he was filing for the titles due to the mechanic lien, in which you put against these vehicles. Several months went by, went to him once again. No titles. He insured me that he was in touch with his attorney and things were going to take longer than expected not to worry.I will have the titles for you. Contacting him several months later. He told me that he received the paperwork that he needed and that they were add the *** v in ************ and we're being processed. Once again, I contacted him several months later told me that there was a problem with the *** v that they entered the manually, and this would take an additional three months. As time went on, more and more excuses incurred. Finally, after years of going back and forth, ask for a refund now refuses to give me my money back. This is my first attempt of reaching out to anybody in this matter. Looking for help and advice. **** ******* ************

    good morning,good afternoon and good evening i have paid them to repair my exiting engine witch the knock censers was bad. they told me that they had to replace the engine and gave me a low mileage not working engine that still had problems and was shaking when i received the truck back in my possession. they told me that it had to go to the dealership so im engine computer can get flashed again. i have left international without a working engine. The dealership said there was other things wrong with the engine.i have been without my truck for months. international wanted to charge me storage fees and didn't even fix my truck. Now its at another shop after the dealership and they told me that the engine that they put in this truck is not for this truck that is why i'm having all the problems. they said the truck is missing the crank shaft timing censer and plugs and wires that has been cut that belongs on this particular model and have been modified. i have spoke to the son of international and he was very nasty and uncooperative and very unprofessional.

    05/0823 was the date they had my truck they was supposed to rebuild my engine and was told that they was going to put a low mileage engine instead it took them almost a month to find another engine and when they put in the engine and was supposed to rebuild it ...they gave me a none working engine that half of the engine is not firing up...the father told me that our business was done and we can no longer do business...I had to take it to another mechanic to find out what's wrong with truck....this is after they have my money...they was rude and very nasty...the new repair shop states that he does not even think the engine belongs to the truck and wire has been cut to modify it so it can fit...Please help me...money does not grow on trees and this is so horrible
