      This location and corporation is horrible. I went in for a coolant leak that they were able to diagnose. They were supposed to replace a water pump, water hose & thermastat. That was never replaced correctly and the water hose was broken. I took to my Volkswagen certified dealer and they said there was build up gunk and they did not properly replace anything. This service and employees were horrible and took advantage of me as a young college student. They were so nonchalant and smoking vapes as they were discussing with me. Car was in worst condition than when I took it. This is a disgrace and they should be investigated. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, specially if you have a Foreign car as mine was German. Horrible.

      When to have my Truck repaired for a check engine light that was diagnosed as cataleptic converter issues by Auto Zone prior to me taking it in to be repaired by this Midas location. I was told by the sale rep. upon running their own diagnosis that the cataleptic convertor was not the real issue it was something related to my engine ignition not firing right. Upon his mechanic repairing the so call problem of my truck, he damage my intake runner control valves and the sale rep wanted me to pay for the damage caused by his staff's negligence. Upon them completing the repaired truck was worst off than when I bought it for repair. It was now driving at 20 mph and making a clanging noise. They had my car for two days and could not find out what was the issues. Sale rep Derrick's solution to the problem was for me to have my car towed to my dealership to find out what was the issues and wanted me to pay for the towing of my truck that they damage. I request to get the corporate office number to file a complaint about the service which I was provided. Two minutes later I got a call from the same sale rep that they miraculously found the problem, it was the cataleptic converter that I originally came to have repaired in the first place. I stated that I will be coming to pick up my truck. My truck still running at 20 mph and is now emitting toxic fumes and making a loud clanging sound when I start the engine. Also, the sale rep removed my cataleptic converter sensor and did not replace it, and tried to hand it to me upon my arrival to get my key for my truck . I refuse to take it and he basiclly put it on my front window and walk away. I contacted their corporate office to file a complaint and I was told I will hear from them in three business days. I stop payment on my credit card for services charged and will be pursuing this possible in court. Just had to let people know that don't use that shop they are sheisty and should be investigated.
