    Brian Roy was hired to remove an existing deck and replace it with a new deck. The job was 99% complete in a professional and timely manner. There remained one question with regards to the step lighting. After consulting with Brian with regards installing a second set of step lights Brian suggested that we try is as he had done and if we still felt that a second set of lights were necessary then he would install them for us. After a week we decided that the second set of lights were necessary as it was dangerous without them. I text Brian and he said to me to get the lights and he would install them, That was the last communication I had with Brian. I have text and called him on several occasions and he is ignoring me. We paid Brian in full for the job that he has never completed.
