    My daughter's father died on 8/25/24 and we met with ******** ******* to sign the cremation documents. I ordered a dog tag necklace with his fingerprint/inscription. I paid using debit card $148.00. I was informed could take 5-7 weeks, I provided ******** our home address requesting a tracking number be sent to me by text when the order was placed. On 9/28/24, I called ******** inquiring the status of the order and ******** reiterated the 5-7 week time frame (implying the order had been placed). Timeline (condensed):*8/27/24: Placed order for dog tag w/fingerprint in-person with ******** *******, paid using my debit card *9/28/24: Called K ******* to follow up , requested name/number for company making the item.*10/01/24: Spoke with ***** at *****************. No order had been placed. ***** called ********, order finally placed on 10/1 as a 5-7 day rush *10/01/24 ******** ******* sent text proof of inscription; approved and sent back same day *10/10/24: Called ***** to follow up. Was informed order sent on 10/3/24 & delivered to funeral home on 10/7/24 *10/15/24: No tracking information from ******** *******, called stated sent a text with the information to *****, ***** checked her phone, no text from ********. ******** stated she was at the courthouse she would have to call me back *10/16/24: Called ******** requesting tracking info, she was driving will send to me text that day. I sent her a text as she requested so she would have my number *10/17/24: My daughter attempted to contact ******** ******* on her private cell as well as the business number. ******** did not answer. Leaving a voicemail on either line was not an option. Keeping in mind that this is a funeral home that is open 24 hours a day.*10/17/24: My daughter sent ******** a text requesting the information as this is the number ******** has been communicating via text through with my daughter. *As of today, 10/23 - item not received, no tracking info received.

    The issue has been resolved.  Bensing Thomas funeral home sent tracking information and outstanding item was received by me on Sunday 10/27.  Thank you for your help with this matter.
