    On 12/30/2024 my wife and I went into ***** Hyundai to purchase a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo for approximately $33,000. We noticed that the service 4wd light was on and the dealership promised they would take care of the problem. On 12/31/2024 we purchased and we picked up the vehicle. While driving the vehicle home within 30 minutes the service 4wd light comes on and it had difficulty shifting.I returned the vehicle and they currently have it.

    Ive replaced the catalytic converter two times , the check engine light is on so it says I need another catalytic converter, that was in June 2024. The car was at the shop yesterday, needs catalytic converter and oil is pooling all throughout the car , fumes from the exhaust are coming back into the car which makes me physically ill. The engine revs and then will slow down by itself and I am being told that even though I leased it brand new and then bought it out with me being the only owner - they cannot help me bc I am a little over the ******* mile ****

    I purchased a Hyundai ****** from Major Hyundai on October 21, 2021. The vehicle was purchased with 58,716 miles. On March 4, 2022 the vehicle was brought in for an oil change and expectation. On April 25,2022 the vehicle was rolled to their location because an engine light issue. Major Hyundai replaced the knock sensor. In October of 2022 the vehicle was again rolled to Major Hyundai because the engine light issue again and the vehicle was jerking. After expectation I was told I needed a new engine. I was informed I was responsible for 49 percent for the repairs. I was appalled because I’ve only driven the car for 13,000 miles. I was advised to contact their corporate office to discuss getting the repairs covered in full at Major Hyundai. I called and waited almost 3 weeks for the corporates office to respond. I was advised by them to file a complaint. The repairs and job is 6,500.00. As a good will gesture they are willing to cover 60 percent. This is not a good will gesture. It’s apparent that this vehicle is a lemon. I’m seeking 109 percent coverage for repairs. This has been an inconvenience for almost 2 months, monetarily since I m still paying a car payment, insurance and finding rides to to work. I also need to add that wen the vehicle was purchased I paid above blue ***** price because of the pandemic.
