      Im very unhappy with the sales manager and service department at this business. We were told a vehicle we wanted to buy was fixed, when auto start stop still was not working after being told it was. Also I walked to about a warranty that was offered. I asked if anything could be done to reduce the price of vehicle to make up for error about warranty and I was told no. When I checked the price online now, the price has dropped $1,090. I believe that is very poor customer service and people should be careful when buying vehicles. I would recommend not going to Gray Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for a vehicle. They told me they do everything they can for customers for repeat business. They definitely did not value my business. Im very displeased and will never buy a vehicle from this dealership.

      Customers Beware! This dealership charges over $300 an hour for labor! I reached out THREE times to their customer service department on their website to explain this exorbitant fee. My inquiries were met with zero responses each time. If that was not bad enough, the complete tune up and oil change I paid for apparently did not come with a clean air filter. Never again!
