    Contacted seller through phone calls and email. Was eventually through email was promised an upgraded replacement unit. I still have emails and case number. For over a year phone calls go directly to email with no return call. Emails go unanswered as well .

    Purchased the ****** head unit for $1500. The unit hasn't worked since day one. The only way to contact the company is through email which is crazy. I have owned the unit for a while now and can't seem to get any features to work. I'm stuck with a $1500 paperweight. This company is selling junk and swindling money from customers.

    Purchase an insane audio radio for our 2010 ** at least 2 years ago. We have had issues for the last 9 months and have tried to sort the radio so it will play. Contacted Insane Audio and they want proof of purchase from over 2 years ago. Because of this, they refuse to provide service on how to fix the problem. Worst customer service!

    I have been having ongoing issues with the ****** head unit. I have reached out multiple times to thier support department for help. They asked me for my phone number twice and promised to call but they don't. They do not respond to emails and they do not have a telephone that works. I have a $1500.00 product that is not working correctly and I can't do anything about it. I purchased it July 3rd 2023 and it is now August 1st. i have received no support. I questions the legitacy of this company.

    I just purchased a head unit for our keep. The product was $1500 and it works good for two hours and then you have to do a hard restart on the head unit before it starts malfunctioning and working very poorly. I have reached out to the support email and I have been promised a call for the last two nights. There is always can excuse the next day of why they didn't call. This company should t be putting products out that have this many issues and their poor customer needs to stop.
