    Avoid this company!! I ordered a sideboard from them in April. Communication was initially good. Sadly, the sideboard arrived severely damaged. There was no packaging protection of any kind on the corners so the piece was basically destroyed. The delivery carrier saw the tattered box and of course I refused the damaged furniture. The carrier took photos of the damage and code an approval code for the return before leaving and he made sure I had the code also. I went online through customer service and requested a replacement right away. I was emailed that they were processing the replacement and would be in touch if there was a problem. I didn’t hear another word. Called them weeks later and was hung up on twice after being on hold for more than 45 mins. I requested a replacement again online and received another email saying the replacement was being processed. That was weeks ago so I called again today and again was on hold forever before a man named “Gerard” told me they would not replace the furniture and that they were only going to give me a partial refund. What???? I was in shock!! This piece of furniture was so damaged, it was never even carried onto my property. They are still selling this same sideboard on their website but will not honor my order. Their customer service phone number is never answered. The only reason I got through was because I went through the sales number. The order was placed through Elk Lighting and Home brought to you by 1STOPlighting. I don’t write negative reviews but my recommendation to anyone would be to not do business with this company!!!
