    In May of 2021 Spyglass Ridge Winery rescheduled their ********************* show for the 2nd time. They advised at that time that if you returned your tickets you would be issued a refund. We sent back all 5 of our tickets at that time. We have not yet received a refund. We have reached out several times and have been given different answers each time. The first 4-5 times i sent emails and ******** contacts i received no reply and actually had to speak to the owner at the restaurant, that was in February of this year, and i was told at that time i would have a refund in about 2 weeks. That was that answer up until the actual show in June. About a week before the show i received a call from Leann at the winery asking if I was planning on coming to the show,. I advised that i had returned my tickets over a year ago. She then advised a check for the price of the tickets would be sent out the following Monday or Tuesday. The performance was July 2nd. We are now being told that they are waiting on a refund from ***** ***** tickets. No refund has yet been issued.

    Dear Anthony, 
    We are in receipt of a complaint made by ******* *******, filed with BBB on Tuesday August 16, 2022, regarding a slow refund. 
    We held an event, **** ******, scheduled for 2020 that was rescheduled several times over the past couple of years due to COVID. We have changed ticketing platforms three times since the original date as well. We have a strict NO Refund policy (attached) and as a courtesy, we offered a window for refunds where ticket holders would have to turn their physical tickets in to us. We were able to hold the show this past July 9th and all ticket holders were contacted a week prior to see if they would be interested in coming instead of getting their refund. Those that wanted their refund were put on a list for a check to be mailed out. We were awaiting the funds from the initial ticketing platform to issue the refund. ***** ***** Tickets finally sent over the funds and we will be processing the refunds this week. 
    We can understand the frustration of our customers and have done everything we could to communicate the information as it was available. We look forward to putting all of this behind us and moving forward.
