    this company is a total scam, do not buy, stay away, he will promise anything to get your credit card details and will process payment but you will never hear from him again. TOTAL SCAM , there should be a way to leave a negative star

    We placed an order in October 2022 on Mach-Dynamics' website, our credit card was charged the full amount for product, which we did not receive. In December 2022, after sending 5 emails I finally received a response that the product was on backorder until the end of January 2023 and I was asked if we still wanted to keep our order open, I agreed. Since January 2023 I have sent 20 emails--all have gone unanswered--and called several times (trying all extensions) nobody has ever picked up the phone. We just want our product or our full credit of $550.01 USD
