      Hi Everyone just wanted to share my experience with TLC Landscape Services . We had wood delivered in the beginning of January. The owner mentioned the wood may be slightly wet due to the recent rain we had just experienced but assured us that it was only slightly damp and was fine .
      After receiving the wood and splitting it to use in our wood burning stove we find that the wood was completely saturated. After a week or so of trying to be understanding and letting the wood dry out we contacted the company to let them know how displeased we were with the wood that was delivered . The company offered to deliver a new batch for the trouble we are experiencing. Some time went by and no word from the company on when they would deliver . Again , I had to contact the company where the owner Matt finally responded and again offered to still deliver this new batch of wood Even admitting that our batch and one other were no good . It is now the end of January and the owner Matthew T***** and Heather T***** have yet to honor their promise of delivering new wood . I don’t want anyone else to experience what we have been going through with this unprofessional company so just want to give a heads up.
