    If Furino Fuels insists on having a credit card on file they should be more careful! My credit card is billed by them automatically for my propane deliveries. I don't receive any notice about the charge ahead of time. I do have alerts set up for that credit card when a charge is made to it...THANK GOODNESS FOR THAT!

    On March 9, 2023 I received an email alert for a $450.53 charge for propane...and then another and another, five times. I verified by checking my credit card online and immediately called Furino to make sure it was, in fact, coming from them...it was. After checking with their system I was told it must have been a problem with their Virtual Terminal (automatic billing?). I screamed for them to reverse the charges IMMEDIATELY, which they did.

    If I didn't have alerts set up on my credit card I may never have seen these transactions until the (soon to come) end of my billing cycle AND they might have never been aware until my phone call to them!

    I have had other issues with this company before...which I will report here in the future. I find this company to be irresponsible, incompetent and arrogant. I will change propane companies in Spring after the heavy heating season ends. I HAVE HAD IT WITH FURINO FUELS!
