      Don't give them your credit card, they will charge it anytime they want, in any amount they want. Poor communication as well.

      Never have your boat serviced here. We had our boat winterized and it has been a disaster since. There were scratches and foot prints all over the inside, treated our boat cover as a pad between the 2x4 and the floor. Total disrespect. Then botched a gel coat repair, it looks awful. There is white wax residue on all the black padding from the worst detail I've ever seen. Swirl marks and scratches from their buffer. A detail they owed us from the mess they left behind. I wish I would've just cleaned it myself. This is a very expensive boat and no one at the facility that works on them, has any respect. We had them unwinterize the boat and was told it was water tested, ready to go! We go out to surf, and there was water leaking into our rear compartment and not the ballast bag. We told them 3 separate times which valve was leaking. We brought it back, it was there 3 hours before we were told the part was not in stock. It was ordered and took 3 weeks to come in, when the factory said it was delivered within 5 days. Dropped our boat off, picked it up two days later. Go to surf, and the SAME valve is leaking. Come to find out they never replaced it. They replaced a separate valve in the center tank. NO COMMUNICATION. How was a boat water tested, at this point three times, and NO ONE SAW THIS LEAK!? Dropped the boat back off, picked it up about 2 hours later, and found that it was backed into a hill. Rear lower trailer wheels caked with grass and mud, and mud half way up our rudder. Was told the boat had jumped the chucks and ROLLED into the hill. Which is worse?! I will never return. Took our gorgeous, 100% working boat and made it look like garbage and broke it.
