    They were fine when towing the car that I needed to have towed because they were given money, but the second I needed a receipt from them to submit to my insurance, it was all lies and disrespect and hanging up on me anytime I'd call to ask about the receipt. I wasted an hour and 15 minutes out of my day on a Saturday, knowing their hours were until 12 noon, driving to their business only to have the doors locked and no lights on anywhere at 11:40 a.m. Afterwards, my friend calls to check their hours and some completely unprofessional ***** just hangs up on him... before 12 noon!! Please tell me: what kind of customer service is that? Absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional!It's been nearly 3 weeks now and I STILL have no receipt from this transaction to turn in to my insurance. They were even supposed to email one (not even hand deliver it!) to my insurance company, and not a single thing has happened with that either. They're not people of their word, and I do not wish them well. The owner may have money out the wazoo, but I have to work hard and save face for mine. So, Thanks for s******* me over, HOPE-less Towing!
