    On 08/01/2024 I went online to order from Luigis I put in the zip code it said they don't deliver to my area, so I called, the girl that answered my call said they did and that she could take my order. I ordered 1 large Sicilian pan pizza menu online said ***** (receipt - *****), 2- 2 liter drinks 7.20,*************** 5.40 online (receipt - 6.24) Delivery fee 4.00 online states free delivery surcharge 4.00. Cash ***** non-cash ***** I called for explanation girl hung up on me. I waited and called back a manager answered the phone. I explain to him my issue with the bill. He said they charge more because the girl is now taking my order. I explained that I was unable to order from online, he continued to make excuses. I stated that they have to give people the choice if they are charging to use a card to tell them they are being charged. If you are placing your order on the phone to someone doing their job that it will cost more, again they should make customers aware of all the extra charges and don't say free delivery if it's not, and tell their customer that they will be getting a surcharge. My bill should have been ***** with tax. Not *****. This is unfair, I hope there will be something done.Thank you for your time I look forward to hearing back from you.******

    ************************* , let it be known that if customer orders on line there would be no surcharge. However, if custemer calls  pizzeria theres a $ 4.00. Regarding the difference in prices, my menu has correct prices. There are second party like ******, slice, door dash etc that might have difference of pricing due to lack of updating which is behind my control. The customer was not satisfied its not something that my establishment was responsible. I dont believe I owe the customer any amount due. If she things my prices are too high, then dont order from my establishment.     I am rejecting this response because:I tried to order online.it said they didn't deliver in my area. I called girl said they did and she could take my order. She should have told me at that point that I would have been charged more for each item I purchased,added surcharge,delivery charge,extra for using my debit card. Total extra I paid was over ***** to my order. I forgot to mention in my first complaint my pizza lacked cheese.
