Overcharged refusing to credit after confirmation of reservation room rate and they tried charging me an extra thousand on my way out. Everytime I stay there I receive a charge that is incorrect/.

Went for 4th of July holiday weekend with the family. It's almost impossible to recommend this hotel/resort to anyone.

Customer service: Understaffed and it really shows in the non existent service. Bring your own tooth paste; this has to be the first and only hotel I've stayed at that lacked basic hygiene items and after asking the front desk twice to sent items up for the bathroom, both times was told it was coming. Never came. Had to buy items for the bathroom outside of the resort.

Rooms: Outdated and dirty. I can't believe what I'm about to type but literally came back to our rooms one night with a candy wrapper and a black glove left behind by the cleaning staff. Not fresh or clean sheets, but literal garbage on the floor. Furniture is also beat up and grossly stained. I'm talking fluid stains on the couch.

Water park: Small, but nice. Try to avoid it during peak but for the most part if you have kids or a family, the park is at least enjoyable.

Price: For what you're getting, extremely overpriced but the bigger issue is the lack of transparency in the pricing. Specifically random fees tacked on AFTER the stay.

If you're looking for just a quick dip into the water park with your kids or friends, you can maybe consider a day pass to the park. The hotel/resort as a whole however? No. Just no.

Hi Mr. Ellis & Mr. Berry,
I am an educator in the Philadelphia area and my husband a police officer in the city. We recently visited Camelbeach with our children and had a blast. We appreciate the first responders discount! We have been discussing with friends the idea of taking a trip to Aquatopia in the fall, and while we appreciate the first responders discount, many of our friends are in education. Have you ever considered a teacher/educator discount? I think this would go a long way! Thought I'd inquire. :)
    Thanks!
