      In early June 2022 I engaged in an agreement with Steele's Hardware to repair four of my window screens that needed to be rescreened. When the work was done, I was contacted that the screens were ready for pickup. After getting the screens back home I then learned that three screens no longer fit properly in the windows, i.e., they were not as snug as before the work and I can no longer latch them. I promptly informed your store and they were returned for further repair. Two of those three screens were finally fixed. Unfortunately, one of the screens were still in disrepair and when I personally returned it to Shelby, I ended up waiting in the store while she made the adjustment. After returning home, the screen still did not properly fit and I again called to report the issue. Their employee Tony was dispatched to my home to take pictures of the issues. The last screen was left for repair at the store. Subsequently I waited for a call from the store to provide the status of the last screen. I never received a call and ended up initiating a call to the store to obtain an update. (During the month of August) The person who answered the call commenced to inform that I would be reimbursed for the rescreening cost only. I explained that I can no longer even use the screen and felt it a fair resolution to be reimbursed for the entire screen replacement. The person on the phone would not agree to this even though it clearly is no longer a functioning screen due to the mishandling of it by your store. I called to speak to the owner, Rich, who was too busy to take my call and instead spoke with the assistant manager Devesh. Because Steeles has never before encountered the issue that I am experiencing, they are denying that the problem exists, as well as refusing to reimburse for the screen damaged while in their care. They refuse to believe the size was altered or damaged during the rescreening. I took my property to them in good faith.

      I tried to login and retract the complaint but was unsuccessful.  The issue has been worked out and I am not satisfied.
