    I was a patient at this dentist office because I needed upper dentures. I did receive it in September 2022. I did pay the balance off through Fortiva. I was never told that I couldn't wear them overnight. Within the 2 years my overbite disappeared and my teeth are now touching and grinding my denture and natural teeth. Aspen told me that it voided the warranty of 7 years and I would have to buy new dentures! I find this unacceptable! They also double billed me. They deducted from my insurance for xrays and sent me a bill of $97.00 of which I sent you a copy of it. I also asked them to fax a copy of my xrays to Progressive Dental in Greensburg PA which they never did! Progressive had to do the xrays all over again! My xrays from Aspen Dental were less than a month old!

    at the Aspen Dental branded practice located in Tarentum Mills, PA which is independently owned and
    operated by CHRISTINE A. S***** ****
    Upon receiving the complaint, the office that treated the patient will initiate an internal review of the
    issues raised. A team member from that office will then be reaching out directly to the patient to discuss
    the details of the complaint and work towards a mutually agreeable solution.
    We appreciate the Better Business Bureau's role in facilitating communication between consumers and
    businesses and take this matter seriously. Rest assured that we will make every effort to rectify the
    situation and provide a positive outcome for the patient.
