    Early April I had someone from Nelson's Landscaping come by to provide me with a quote for spring cleanup. This involved multiple items as part of the spring cleanup and we agreed on a price. When he said he was done, I paid him without inspecting the work. Part of the agreement was for their company to fill in bare spots on the lawn with soil and grass seed. They completed this part of the work for half of the bare spots, but did not complete all the spots. I reached out to the person I spoke with and other representatives of the company multiple times (phone and text) but not one has ever responded. I explained I simply want them to complete what I paid them to do. I have no path forward to get this resolved. Further, they began cutting my grass (agreed) and sent me a bill. There are no instructions on how to make payment. I emailed and called the number on the bill multiple times to attempt to make payment, but I have not received any email or call back.

    All the we did edge and mulch beds with 6 yards of mulch,also trimming shrubs away from the house.We did place topsoil and seed in spots in the yard.And he filed with the BBB after he already sold his house at the address on ********* ***** in ********* ***.I was there today June 20 and see no areas that need soil or seed?
