      The most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. My belongings are either damaged or missing. Does not want to take responsibility for anything. Left my house trashed and damaged the ceiling fan and window ledge. Put a gas can in my smoker I cook food on. Dumped a lint trap in a box on my kids belongings. Left stuff at the house I was moving from. The list goes on.

      We are truly sorry that this customer is upset.  We move thousands of customers locally, long- distance and internationally.  It is extremely rare and surprising for us to receive this type of response.  Of course we did research into this complaint.  The customer did file a property damage claim that was rejected due to the customer signing off on a property damage release form.  Other than that, we cannot comment as we have no indication as to source of dissatisfaction.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      I was never given a DP3 to fill out for personal property damage. The driver lied about the paperwork that was being filled out. I have pictures of all the damage to my house and to all of my items. I have missing items as well.
