Please avoid this company. They lack integrity,Customer Service and plain old manners.we had vinyl installed and shortly after it tore in 2 places.now grant you I paid $1800 over my quoted price for this floor. I called ****** and **** the installer. **** came back gave me an estimate for the repair $200. We have messaged him called him it's still not repaired 3 months later. He has lied and dodged our calls for months.call chucks they won't take responsibility for their subcontractors and won't repair the tears.im in a wheelchair it's causing damage and this store and subcontractor could careless. I have worked with ***** and ***** for years, and I have always had an excellent experience. I used them for all of my properties and referred them to numerous family members and friends. My experience today was quite honestly disgraceful and I will not be using their company for any future transactions. Several weeks ago, I reached out to ***** regarding having carpet installed at a house that I plan on selling within the next few weeks. I was originally supposed to have carpet placed in three bedrooms, a hallway, and a staircase. Last week, I spoke with ***** regarding also placing carpet in the living room. He stated that they could also carpet the living room, and I sent him a preliminary measurement to ensure that he had enough of the carpet that I wanted in stock. I spoke to ***** again yesterday. He stated that the installer ,Zac, would complete a measurement of the living room in the morning and ***** would deliver the piece of carpet to the job site. I checked in with ***** around 1pm to get a final total, and at that time I was notified that they could no longer carpet the living room. I asked when they were able to come back and finish the job and I was told that they were booked until almost August. I let ***** know that I was uncomfortable paying for work that was not completed. Almost immediately the installer reached out to me regarding payment. I explained to him that I was told that all of my carpet, including the living room, was being installed and I did not want to pay until the work that I was promised was completed. He left my house without completing any of the work that he was scheduled to do. The bedrooms and steps are only partially carpeted. He also caused significant damage to my freshly painted door jams and rise&run on my stairs. I reached out to ***** via phone, and he was more concerned about telling me that I was a liar when I have text messages documenting my interaction with both ***** and Zac.
