  If I could leave zero stars, I would! After waiting 18 months to have a professional wheelchair fitting, the company claimed "communications issues." When in actuality, they are completely incompetent. When we made the very valid choice to not continue with their services, they claimed the loaner wheelchair provided would be immediately removed, leaving an elderly woman without any wheelchair transportation. Meaning, she would be unable to go to the bathroom, get to meals, or go outside, among others. If you were so concerned about the loaner wheelchair, perhaps you should have sent out a professional to measure her for a permanent wheelchair. Based on the other reviews, this company is delighted to serve itself in fraudulent, highly unethical, immoral, abhorrent business practices with zero regard for human welfare or empathy for the vulnerable populations it happily swipes their credit cards to "service."

  This company had my father, a recent stroke patient with severe physical, visual, and cognitive deficits, agree to a customized wheelchair for which he was billed over $800 after ******** paid their portion. They are a predatory organization who took advantage of my father while he was in a rehab facility. None of our family was there for the discussion with *********** and we confirmed with the rehab that none of their staff was either. When he received the wheelchair several months after leaving the facility, it wasn't even properly fitted for him and no one followed up to ensure it was customized correctly. We didn't get the bill immediately, but when we did we immediately returned the chair to ***********. Adding insult to injury, they are still billing my father for handles for a wheelchair he no longer has because ******** denied the payment. I'm in contact with ******** now to ensure they know my father did not have the mental capacity to agree to a purchase like this and no longer has this wheelchair, and that they should not have paid ******************** anything for it. If the copay was over $800, I'm guessing they got a massive payment from ******** to cover the rest. Unless of course ******** denies that too and that's the next bill my father receives. Do not do business with this predatory unethical supplier.

  Took over 3 months for a claim to even be filed with my insurance. Only for lies to be told and therefore the claim was denied. I received a call from my insurance not blackburns. Very very disappointed with the situation and service.
