Due to reduced water pressure in a kitchen faucet, we hired 1-*** Plumbing to replace the faucet with a new Kohler faucet. The pressure was worse and the technician had no idea how to fix the problem. He had damaged the old faucet while removing it so we didnt have the option to reinstall and at least getting back to where we were. We were billed $255. Technician seemed to have no idea what he was doing. Would never call this company again.

They tore apart the ceilings and walls, in three rooms in my house. They left the downstairs filthy and covered in black soot. The plumber had told me there wouldn't be any dirt. ***************** have huge gaping holes. They charged me $4950.00, which i paid without complaint. A few days later water was plouring through the one of the large holes they had made in the, recently remodeled, downstairs bathroom. He told me it would be another $****.00 to fix it, and that he would have to wreck another wall in the upstairs bathroom. At that point I angrily complained about the whole situation and they sent a cleaning crew, but because that was days later, i had already spent hours and days cleaning. After more complaining and grief they finally lowered the **** to 950. The job took 1 plumber and a helper 3 hours, leaving the wall intact. This time they brought in a machine, that they could have brought when they destroyed the downstairs. The machine kept the upstairs immaculately clean. There is so much more that happened and they told so many obvious lies, that i don't have space to tell the whole story. The pictures I have are horrendous, but i dont know how to post them. I have been left with thousands of dollars in repairs, painting and drywall which they had, in fairness, told me ahead of time, they would not cover, although I could never have imagined the extent of the damage. I only wish I could find a way to post pictures and tell the whole story. Its only been a day so im waiting for the next shoe to drop. Beware of this company. I'm a 75 year old widow living in an old house. It certainly appears others who are less vulnerable have had a very different experience.
