      I would give this an absolute ZERO! Worst company ever to deal with. I had a liner installed in 2022; work was paid all up front (yes, HUGE MISTAKE) and service was to be in April, had to wait until July, then told all decking needed to be repaired and paid again up front (EVEN BIGGER MISTAKE), and now I have a leak around the steps that is still on going. After multiple calls, a gentleman finally came and repaired the loose screw, said it was installation issue, no charge; however, they were done with this service. Opened the pool 2023 and had the same leak all season. Called all summer, messages after messages, and lost money with constantly having to add water, Olympic Pools refused to return call. Now it is **** of 2024 and back to the same problem. Olympic Pools has no ethic and does not adhere to their broadcasted standards; they do not stand behind their work. Please do not purchase or request any work from Olympic Pools, worst company ever!

      I purchased a pool from Olympic pools. After the pool was set up I noticed the color of the wall was not correct. I immediately contacted Olympic and after many back and forth calls with Olympic I was told to contact the manufacturer of the wall. They also were no help and wanted no responsibility for it. I was told from Olympic that they would give me a new wall that I would have to replace. I stressed to them that I would then be double the price for the pool having to be done twice. Again stressing to them this is not my fault. I also asked if I could just get a refund for the wall only at the price I paid. I was told no as the person laughed on the phone saying no way. I reached back out to the manufacturer pleading with them and they also said there is nothing they could do this is a done deal. All of the conversations both parties were blaming each other. Both Olympic and the wall manufacturer agreed there was a color issue but again they won’t do anything about it. Lesson learned do your research and go with a company that stands behind the product they sell. I will not recommend Olympic Pools.
