    One star is being gracious. So called family owned, we called them to check on our unit. *** showed up, could not figure out the issue, stated it was the board, said he'd help fulfill the warranty with the company. Came back offering further services, replacing existing units, finishing the rest of our home. Zero follow up, **** returned calls, until I posted on FB. Suddenly, we mattered.They called, apologized, talked about warranties, which my husband does for a living. Zero questions answered, zero follow up, again. They flake out, no follow up, only trying to save face if a review doesn't meet their standards. Do not waste your time, or money. They still legally owe us a follow up that they did not fulfill. Free services would not allow them back into my home. Run, before they steal your money. We're not the only ones, do your research. Xtreme Mechanical

    Xtreme Mechanical regrets the experience you've had with our company. As we've discussed with you privately, we are unable to perform warranty work on units that were purchased, installed, and tampered with by the homeowner and not professionally installed. We had further discussions about alternative solutions, but the appointment was canceled on your end. This does not align with the high standards Xtreme Mechanical, and their staff aims to maintain.
