    May 8th day started job to rip out and replace my driveway with ******* block and asphalt. Was paid a total of $56,000 may 8th and worked total if 3 days tearing out my old driveway. Told me may 11th the ******* block would be delivered and until June 13th when still no materials we told him we wanted to cancel and get a refund we did agree to pay a reasonable price for driveway removal since that was all work that was done. He never returned calls about materials not coming since may 11 th. I'm just hoping to make aware so no one else does business with him. Still has our money and has made no attempt to refund.

    Paid over 50% deposit 30 days ago. Concrete still has not been poured. ****** does not respond to phone messages or texts.

    Entered into contract with ***************************** on 1/23/23 paying him a deposit check in the amount of $4725.00. The job was to remove current stamped concrete pad at side of driveway and replace with Belgian Block. Then to grind down existing blacktop and replace with new blacktop on driveway area. His crew came two times, removing stamped concrete, marking area for the block, and tamping down stone for the base. They have not returned. Many attempts to reach the company either were not answered, calls not returned, or if contact was made and excuse was made and a promise to come the following day was made. Obviously this did not happen. We are left with an unusable and very dangerous driveway. We are seeking resolution on this fraud before pursuing legal action.

    We have been in contact with ****** of Cornerstone Masonary and Paving a few times.  He has not rectified the situation, nor returned our money, but has given his commitment to return on 4/6/23 to begin work again.  I have told him that if he cannot make good on that promise that he must bring me a check of repayment for work not done.  This is how it stands as of today.  Again, I apologize for my tardiness in replying and thank you for your attention to the case.
