      This company fails to provide complete service as promised. They caused damage and lost multiple items during a move from PA to DE and lost items held in storage for a later move to NY. When called to determine the status of lost items, they promise to search for them but don't call back as promised or find the missing items. Additionally, the office staff is rude and hangs up on you. None of this is acceptable professional business practice. I have moved 9 times in my adult life and have never had such a horrible experience. If I could give the company a zero, I would.
