    In January, Penn Valley Gas missed an automatic delivery, I ran out of gas. I called them about the problem. They sent out a delivery truck that day & charged me almost $700. My hot H2O heaters pilot light wouldn't start. I had to call them again that same day. The sent out a tech later that day to relight my pilot light. A month later I get another delivery. I get charged almost $300. I start getting threatening letters & calls on late February about them shutting off my gas if I don't pay the almost $900 remaining on my bill. I call customer service, I speak w Cathy who gives me an extra week to pay the balance. I do. I info her I'm currently selling my property. She asks me to let them know when I do to call them. I agree. Late March, I speak w Cathy again to let her know there's a delay w my house sale. I'll call her once it's sold. I get two letters in early June from them welcoming the new homeowners. I'm confused about the letters. I just let it go because I'm busy w legal hearing & hiring an attorney. Last Friday, I come home from work & the tanks are there & take a hot shower. I relax for about a half hour & go out to my car to run some errands. The two propane tanks are done. Penn Valley Gas tech took the tanks w a car in the driveway, the garage entry door open just a few feet away from the tanks, lights on in the house w items on the deck, in the garage & house. No knock on my door to see if I was home. No phone call from anyone from Penn Valley Gas before the tanks got taken. I call & leave a VM w Cathy in customer service because it's after their summer hours. I call back again for the emergency option. After two minutes of ringing someone picks up. I explain my tanks are gone & I still live there. I get told they'll info a tech. A tech calls me & blames me for the ranks getting taken. Two letter for the new homeowners & because I didn't call them to correct it, they took the two tanks. Tech tells me this happens often. I get told to call Cathy on Mon.
