    In December I contacted the profile image they are a printing/ sign company to wrap a vehicle of mine with a custom vinyl wrap. They provided me the art work for the wrap and the installation of the wrap. When I received the vehicle the wrap was the wrong color and instead of doing a full vinyl wrap they put stickers on the truck over the wrap. One side of the truck was a full wrap the other side they used stickers. I have took the work they have done to two other vehicle wrapping places and they both stated that this is a terrible wrap and they would not of let something like this leave their shop.

    ***************** approached The Profile Image in late November 2024, seeking a full or partial wrap for two vehicles. I worked closely with ***** to develop pricing that aligned with his budget, suggesting cost-saving options that he approved. We collaborated on the design and finalized a partial vehicle wrap, which was subsequently applied to the vehicle. The wrap was executed to our high standards and installed with precision, mirroring the approved proof.


    Upon arrival to collect the vehicle, ***** immediately expressed dissatisfaction with the wrap. He cited color discrepancies and the presence of "layers" that he found displeasing. Despite offering multiple solutions at our expenseincluding rewrapping the color he felt was most inaccurate and redoing the front doorsTyler declined all options except for a full refund or a complete removal and rewrap. We believe these demands are unreasonable and do not represent a compromise.


    To address ******* concerns, it is important to explain that our industry commonly utilizes a base layer wrap followed by lettering, logos, or additional text to ensure precise graphic alignment. This is a standard practice, and we have numerous satisfied customers with vehicles wrapped using this method. Regarding the color complaint, it is not unusual for a customer's perception of color to differ between a digital proof and the printed output due to the variance between CMYK and RGB color spaces. To achieve a precise color match, customers can specify colors, request a hard copy proof, or provide PMS colors; ***** did not utilize any of these options.


    We maintain that we have offered viable solutions to address ******* concerns at our own cost. However, we cannot agree to a full rewrap or a complete refund.
