    So I never dealt with a garage that was held my car for me I just told him to look at one thing and then he wanted to fix all this other stuff that I said can I hold off on I can get my friend to do it because I'm a girl of course he tried to take advantage of me I said I can do it but they said no you can't take your car unless you tow it so they wouldn't put it back together so basically I was forced to pay what he wanted to do on it and say oh it's safe no I can do it myself never had a company deny me of getting my car out of the garage and also he charged me ***** on the itemized balance this is *****

    Yes, I faxed over all the documentation signed credit card receipt clearly a $35 credit card fee signed repair order signed invoice *******'s notes it's all in the email 
    Normal protocol on brake issues and brake concerns would require a customer to have it towed off our property to protect her life and our liability 
    Should they decline repairs here at our facility 
    We do not hold customers cars hostage if they choose not to have it repaired here. They simply pay for the exploration and testing time and have it towed away. 
    Did you receive this in your fax file? 
    The car was received on January 26 and delivered the same day repaired as the customer agreed. I'd say that's great customer 
    service.
