    Transaction Date: June 30th, 2023 Amount Paid: $1,180 Services to be provided: Paint RV frame Power wash RV Caulk roof Mount cabinet door and slide trim Deep clean RV interior Install tankless water heater Install soft start on AC unit Install faucet in kitchen Fix small leak in bathroom Nature of Dispute: We hired this company to provide the above services for an agreed upon amount based on a quote/estimate provided by said company. The gentleman was to have the work done while we were on vacation, however the work was not finished in the agreed upon timeframe. We extended the deadline, however the gentleman contacted us late one night via text and phone call telling us he was not finishing the work and blaming us for his inability to finish the work. We had to have someone else come in to re-install the hot water heater as it was not hooked up correctly and it never worked until we had to pay someone else to fix the install. He told us that we should have had a contract drawn up if we wanted resolution. The roof was not caulked, the frame was not painted. We are requesting a refund for the incomplete/not working services.
