I was charged a total of $307.00 for no service at all. When I first contacted business owner sent me link. I read you should not have diabetes and I texted back I did and she said it was ok. The night before the appointment I got the directions to business and found it was in a double wide trailer in a private community which doesn’t allow businesses of this sort. I reported her and now she is at : *** **** ** stroudsburg Pa . Angie the owner charged my ****** **** An additional amount of $207.00 on 11/09/22 with out my permission. I feel it obscene that she received 307.00 for nothing. It’s like extortion. I would like $207.00 refunded. She can keep the $100. I gave for deposit as I did give her permission for that. Sincerely, ***************************

************* requested an appointment for her eyebrows on Wednesday Nov 2, 2022
We discussed a few things pertaining to her medical background. She explained she is NOT on any medications for diabetes so after reading my policy which I will attach below she continued to make the appointment at her own will, she didnt inform me with much detail on any medical issues.

November 6th 2022 - I sent her numerous emails in regards to her appointment
    appointment Reminder
    preparations for her eyebrow appointment
She NEVER RESPONDED she ignored all my messages & emails.

November 9th 2022 - day of her appointment she sent me a text message stating she just saw where her appointment will take place. My address was never hidden from her, it was public information, its also sent in the initial confirmation email & appointment reminder emails.

******* agreed to the company policy when making her initial appointment,
    The policy states
Last minute cancellations will be charged half the balance of the services requested

My policy does not allow you to continue to make an appointment unless you select agree & continue.

************* never made it to her appointment, she was charged a cancellation fee that she agreed to when making the appointment.
( ******** also advised via text she didnt read the policy before booking )

From that day forward ************************* has been harassing me, causing issues with my personal home, my business, my bank,  she has taken it so far to stalking my me at my new change of address.
This is beyond a compliant on her behalf this is stalking & harassing.

    She needs to stop.
She agreed to a policy thats been in place for over a year, she knew her medical background more than I did & she continued on her own will to make an appointment as well as knowing where the business was located prior. This was all public information.

She already filed a dispute on November 15th 2022 which her bank is still pending review & has a resolved by date of February 15th 2023

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I am a 65 year old women who has little to no eyebrows so I ******* Micro Blading Near Me.  I found one business within 10 miles in the rural community in which I live. I called the phone number and left a voicemail asking for more information. I never did receive a call back . I received several texts and emails. I do have all of the correspondence. We discussed price and the proprietor said $500.00 total cost. I explained I would pay the $100.00 deposit on line and the 400.00 remaining in cash the day of appointment and that was agreed in writing.I was sent a link and was advised to pick a date and pay a $100.00 deposit. When I received the link I read that people with diabetes should not have procedure. I then texted proprietor I was diabetic and she said it was fine. I did say I did not take medication at the time, which in Hindsight does not matter. So I paid the $100.00 deposit on line.  My appointment was about a week or so away in the late afternoon.  The night before the appointment I googled the address for directions and saw it was in a private gated community which I knew did not have businesses such as this one. I did not sleep at all thinking what I got myself into wondering if business was insured or even licensed. That morning I called zoning to confirm and I was correct. I do have a letter from zoning board to confirm this. I texted proprietor and asked if the business was inside this community and that was never answered. I was informed to read fine print that I would have to pay half of cost anyway. Proprietor even suggested she would send my doctor a letter. I had called my doctors office that morning and asked if it was advisable to get procedure and was informed any puncture of the skin can cause serious infection.   After many texts back and forth my credit card was charged $207.00 about noon .  I can't understand how my credit card could be charged without my permission and how this business had my card number to begin with it is not allowed to be stored without my written permission.
    >>> I will keep going through all the legal actions to get my $207.00 credited to my caption one credit card. *********** advised in writing I had to work with the business for refund. My next step is going to my local state representative . I feel I was misled and robbed. I think it obscene to charge a person $307.00 for no service just a dozen texts and emails. Since November of 2022 this business changed addresses there  site 3 times.  I just want my money back and will not stop trying.

    Regards,

    ***************************
