    Dear BBB, 

    I received and reviewed the communication regarding *** *****. 

    I have been in contact with *** ***** ***** at all times, since the commencement of his project. I explained, on multiple occasions, that he has not made any 'double payments" for any of the services JE Home lmprovement and Landscaping has been contracted to perform. 

    After receiving this communication from the BBB, l, once again, had a conversation with *** ***** and he stated that he understands and agrees with the payments made. 

    *** ***** requested a $500.00 refund because he purchased a load of gravel prior to the project completion date. Being that this gravel and payment were included in the payment made for this service, *** ***** did not make a double payment. All services requested and paid for by *** ***** are complete, and no jobs are pending. 
    JE refunded to *** ***** $500.00 for the gravel he purchased prior project end date. We have written communication from *** *****, confirming the receipt of the $500.00 payment on July 28,2022. He also stated that he would follow up with the BBB to clarify any misunderstanding between our parties.

    AUGUST 17,2022.   I THE UNDERSIGN HAVE RECEIVED $500.00 DOLLARS REFUND FROM SAID COMPANY. FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICERS. BECAUSE OF FAILURE TO HAVE
    WRITTEN DOCUMENTS, I CAN`T VERIFY PREVIOUS WORK DONE. I STATED TO COMPANY THAT ONE OF SAID WORKERS MADE A THREATENING JESTER TOWARD ME WHICH 
    COULD HAVE GOTTEN OUT OF HAND. BECAUSE OF BEING TOLD OF COMPLAINT MADE BY ME ABOUT CLEAN UP NOT BEING DONE.
    I WISH TO THANK THE BBB FOR ALL ITS HELP IN RESOLVEING THIS MATTER.
