    I was calling this business to inquire about services and the cancellation policy, however I called five times, and was hung up on in the middle of asking the question. Then I called back and was repeatedly sent to voicemail.

    We did get a voice mail from him, but since he didn't leave his name we didn't know who it was. Please be advised that on February 14th we were having issues with our *** **** phone system and internet. We called our *** **** vendor to complain about our phone system. We immediately posted signs in our waiting room, contacted the County Human Service administrator, called the local hospitals, called the local walk in clinics, notified the schools, and posted our phone problems on our face book page. We did our best to get the word out as best we could. Our phone system was cutting out, but would then come back on. By the 15th it was allowing calls into our North Towanda office, but we couldn't hear the other end of the phone, or it would just cut out. We called for *** **** and our IT vendor **** to fix the problem. They continued to work on it, and for a few hours on the 16th it worked, then was back off on the 17th. We then threatened to go to another vendor, and that's when they figured out how to route our calls to another office in Sayre Pa. After much frustration the problem seemed to be fixed as of February 22, 2023 in our North Towanda office location. That is the reason for the complaint, and I wouldn’t be surprised if you receive more. We now have a system set up that will allow us to transfer calls to other locations in a very quick manner, if this kind of issue occurs again.
