    I hired *** ****-**** Appliance and Water Conditioning (late 2019) to repair a house chlorination system (it had been relatively expensive, just under $6,000 total, and was over 6 years old but didn't seem to be working) and service my water softener.I wanted to address the water issue before moving forward with installing new bathroom fixtures because there was significant corrosion and build up affecting both appearance and functioning of the old. In person, I showed him the fixtures and explained that the chlorination system wasn't registering correctly.*** said that he could not repair the chlorination system, but he that he had a treatment that he could install that would fully take care of the issues with the water. I agreed. Without consent or request, *** removed the chlorination vat and both of the large holding tanks from my home the same day he installed his product($1600+labor). I asked why he took out the large tanks; he said with his filtration system, I did not need them any longer.Within a year I started noticing that my water did sometimes have a bad smell/my fixtures started to get some white build up. He serviced the system/said it was fine.A year ago, I called *** to ask him to service it again because fixtures were now visibly corroded and not fully functioning. *** stated he only installed a Sulphur filter, so it would not treat those issues. I corrected him, stating that I had purchased the system to prevent corrosion specifically; I already had a softener for the sulphur. He then stated it was long ago, and he could not speak to that, but suggested adding a reverse osmosis system. I declined and sought another provider.After recent testing, I was told a chlorination system would be needed to treat my water issues and that my TDS was too high for an ROS(what *** had suggested I now purchase from him.) For 5 years I have trusted my water was safe for my young son and myself, but now have concerns as well as ruined fixtures.

    After getting this letter we reach out to *** ***** and discussed the issue with her water. *** told me she is currently getting a lab test done and would get back to me when she gets results.We told her we are willing to sit down and go over test results. We offered to meet her needs at equipment cost and try to help her to make her water as clean and as good as possibly. Our goal as a company is never to upset or to do a bad job for a customer .We want good results for every customer because that is your future business and integrity of your company.

    I would just like to wait to see if the business follows through after we get the test results; if they do,  this would be acceptable.
