      We signed a contract with Paramount Fencing on June 14th, 2024 to have a fence built on our property. The work was supposed to begin the week of July 15th, after we returned from vacation. **** had told me they would likely begin on Thursday of that week, July 18th. He also told us 3 days from start to finish. The crew did not show up until July 19th. We were told the crew would be back on Saturday, July 20th but saw no one. I reached out to *********************, the project manager at 11am. He responded at 4pm telling me he had an issue with childcare so he had to go home to his son. He was willing to bring his son over to our house when he woke up. I told him tomorrow would be better at this point. **** came over on Sunday, July 21st to look at what had been done thus far. No work was done again that day. The crew didn't return until Monday July 22nd after lunch. Not much work was accomplished that day because it was only 2 guys, **** being one of them. On July 24th, again we were told workers would be at our house and no one came to work. On July 25th, there was work completed with a larger group of guys. They arrived around 7:30am to build the fence. All long throughout this week, we informed **** that we were leaving for vacation on July 26th. He reassured us multiple times that the work would be completed prior to that date. On the evening of July 25th, *************************, another project manager was at our property pacing and appearing stressed because he knew there was alot of work that still needed to be done. He asked us for the remaining balance that we owed, about $6,000 and promised that while we were away the work would be finished. We requested an email with this in writing and in good faith, gave them the money. No work was done while we were away. And as of today, August 12th, the work is still not completed or even close to being completed.

      Placed a deposit for fence 12/4/23 with Paramount Fencing. Haven't gotten my fence but did get all kinds of excuses. Now asking for refund of my deposit and getting no response! I have proof of payment through my bank.

      On 8/29/23 I contracted with Paramount to replace 2 sections of wooden fence( with gates) with new vinyl ones.The total job was $12, 200. I gave them a check for $6,100.On 12/8, Paramount came and installed half of the fence. The other half, which involved a curved section, had come in wrong and needed to be re made. Neither gate was correct so both gates needed to be remade as well.Since that time, I have been calling and emailing the owner, ***************************** to determine when the new fencing will be installed. He told me the company he used had been sold and he was having trouble getting the fencing manufactured.It has now been 8 months and ******************* now longer takes my calls or responds to my emails.The total job called for 62 feet of fence; Paramount installed 35 feet correctly.I have been calling other companies to get the remainder of the fence done, but they have a minimum order of 60 feet so that isn't working out.
